To do so, our Retail teams harness the brand’s warm, inviting and slightly feminine personality and combine it with the principles of delicatessen. With our help, De Neuville chocolate is no longer just a symbol of French savoir-faire. It becomes an everyday delight, the perfect gift with which to treat yourself and others, and a necessary stopover in your day.
The pink color that used to embody the gourmandise becomes a secondary color for more strength and vitality in the volumes. The store is now brighter and warmer than ever!
CHOCOLATE AS AND WHEN I WANT IT!
The look and feel of the boutique is rethought to become more appealing and stimulate impulsive purchases for younger targets. The overall delicatessen feel and the various products staging all express the joie de vivre and pleasure à la française.
The teams also work on the visibility of the signage, highlighting the 100% French label and setting up a gifting area where customers can personalize their chocolate using an alphabetical principle.
To ensure a complete gourmet experience, we also helped the brand redesign its entire packaging identity.
